Meet Rachel Barr ~ Apple Valley

Rachel is a newly trained Reiki Level II provider and is glad to offer Reiki sessions to support someone interested in gaining greater balanced energy and internal peace. She has experienced the benefit of Reiki's healing potential herself, and wanted to complete certification training to support other people’s well-being too!
She wants her clients to feel comfortable and supported, and is tuned in with them to provide individualized care for what someone wants and needs. As a mental health therapist as well Rachel knows the benefit someone can have with their overall health if they have balance in their mind and body and seeks to utilize Reiki as a way to help someone have that greater sense of healing.

Reiki with Savanna is a rejuvenating experience where she can clearly assess what is happening in an individuals field of energy all the while channeling Chi energy to the energy systems to promote balance and healing.
Apart from Reiki, she specializes in Emotional Freedom Technique is a safe and effective way to manage symptoms of anxiety, stress and pain. During an EFT session my clients embark on a journey of self discovery where they themselves intuitively connect the patterns between the mind, body and soul.

Jasie is a compassionate and intuitive practitioner known for her gentle, yet profoundly effective, techniques. As a trauma-informed practitioner, her goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where you can feel at ease, listened to, and truly held.
