“My approach is centered on deep listening, inviting your body to unwind at its own pace.”
Jasie (She/Her/Hers) is a Licensed Massage Therapist and for over a decade, her hands and heart have been dedicated to the healing arts of massage and bodywork. She is a compassionate and intuitive practitioner known for her gentle, yet profoundly effective, techniques.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, her goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where you can feel at ease, listened to, and truly held.
In her sessions, she weaves together a variety of modalities, drawing from her expertise in structural alignment, trigger point therapy, cupping, gua sha, energy work, and somatics. This blend of techniques allows her to address both the physical and energetic layers of chronic holding patterns, helping your body release what it's ready to let go of. As a trained Doula, she is also passionate about supporting mothers and parents with young children through prenatal and postnatal massage. She also offer classes and massage trainings.
It is an honor to walk alongside you on your healing path, and I look forward to connecting with you.

Why do you do this work? I began doing this work because I received profound healing from it when many traditional therapy models weren't working for me, and my hope is that I can help to create profound healing for others through this work as well.
What do you do for self care? Spend time with my favorite people, hot epsom salt baths, gentle yoga, and my favorite: receive bodywork!
