Massage, acupuncture/Chinese medicine/Craniosacral therapy and parent/caregiver coaching services have sooner availability, and can be requested on the form below.
Please note: We are not taking new requests for couples therapy, and have limited availability for children under the age of 14. We will update this as availability changes. Our prescribers do not have openings for 6+ weeks.
We do not have openings for appointments after 4 pm.
We do not provide psychological evaluations/testing for ADHD, autism, court orders, etc.

Iris Mental Health- eden prairie
Samantha Shvetzoff, MA sees clients in-person at our Eden Prairie office. She is currently able to see those with BCBS, United Healthcare plans (Medica, UMR, Surest, UHSS), Tricare, HealthPartners, Cigna, America’s PPO, Aetna/First Health & South Country Health Assoc. We are working on getting this office added to all contracts, and will update as more are approved. She can also see clients on a private pay basis.
