Experience

Reide is a coach and craniosacral therapist whose services are rooted in healing, connection, and nervous system support. She brings a grounded, intuitive presence to her work, holding space for people in all seasons of life — especially those navigating the messy, beautiful complexities of parenting, relationships, and personal healing.

With over 10+ years in the mental health field, her approach is trauma-informed and heart-centered. She draws from parts work, attachment theory, developmental psychology, and polyvagal principles — all while keeping things deeply human and down to earth. She loves working with adults who are exploring shadow work, reparenting, and creating more conscious relationships with themselves and their families.

She is also trained in Craniosacral Therapy and specializes in working with infants and toddlers — supporting their tiny nervous systems (and often their parents’) with gentle, intuitive care. She’s a certified yoga instructor, too, and often weaves body-based wisdom into her work.

Personal

Why did you become a coach and craniosacral therapist? I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years and have found it to be so rewarding and helpful. I was drawn to coaching to offer a different service that I felt was missed to address core self and family dynamics outside of diagnosing and insurance. I love utilizing the skills I've learned throughout the years to bring warm, trauma focused, parenting strategies, and developmental considerations care for all! I was drawn to craniosacral therapy, specifically for infants and toddlers, since my daughter was dealing with a migraine disorder that was really improved with chiropractic care and CST. I decided to get trained to provide more hands-on support at home. I have fallen in love with the practice and love seeing the change that happens so quickly with young people.

What are your interests outside of work? Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and we are expecting another baby in March! I also enjoy going for walks in nature, being around family and friends, good food, and music.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being? I go on playdates with my daughter and our friends frequently which fills me up with play and laughter. I enjoy listening to live music and when it's accessible getting worked on with chiropractor, acupuncture, and massage care.

Do you have any pets? I have two dogs Penny and Stella.
